Returns & Exchanges

Prior to sending returns or exchanges to us please email cs@beautyswim.com to receive the address to ship the item(s) to and a return authorization code.

Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be received after 15 days of receipt of merchandise. All tags must be attached and hygienic liner must not be removed. NO EXCEPTIONS. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered cannot be taken back. If we receive such goods, the items will be returned to you. Any customer doing excessive returns will be taken off our customer list and no further orders will be accepted. 

 *No Returns on Sale Items - Exchange or Merchandise Credit Only*

If a return totals over $200 and is more than 75% of the original order it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. A restocking fee does not apply to returns totaling under $200 or if over $200, if items returned total less than 75% of the original order.

If you are exchanging an item please indicate in your email what you need instead so that we can confirm we have it in stock and will reserve it for you. We will ship one exchange via Standard USPS shipping free of charge once per order, unless free shipping was given with the initial order in which case standard shipping rates will apply. Any additional exchanges will be charged shipping and will be billed to the original form of payment.

Send your package, including invoice, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. We are not responsible until the package arrives to us. 

Refunds exclude the shipping charge. Refunds for returned items will be credited to your credit card account within 10 days of receipt. It can take up to 2 months for the credit to show up on your credit card statement, but we promise to issue the refund within 10 days of receipt of return.

 

Shipping

Beauty & the Beach ships both domestically and internationally via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or in certain circumstances, UPS. If an item is out of stock we will notify you of the estimated ship date. All orders are subject to verification.

**ALL ORDERS OVER $150 AND EXPRESS SHIPMENTS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE: If no one is there to sign for the package a notice will be left, the receiver is then responsible for scheduling a redelivery (which can be done over the phone or online) OR for picking up the parcel at your local post office per the notice's instructions. If the package is not claimed within 5 days it is automatically returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred to resend.

Shipping time frames are only an estimate. Beauty & the Beach typically ships all in-stock orders within 2 business days via the speed you choose but we cannot guarantee arrival times. All items that have an estimated ship date will ship by the listed date, if there is a delay we will contact you to let you know via email. 

All Jewelry orders are shipped directly from the designer. They can take up to a week to ship and are always shipped out via Standard USPS. All other items in your order ship separately from Beauty & the Beach with the shipping speed you choose.

 

Privacy Notice

The purpose of this statement is to let you know what information we collect, how we collect it, and under what circumstances we use it. We respect your privacy.

We ask for your mailing address when you place your order so we can send the requested order to you and contact you if necessary regarding your order. Occasionally we may send you other, free promotional materials via email. You can easily opt out of these upon receipt if you would prefer not to receive any additional emails from us.

We don't use "cookies" or any other technology to get information about you without your knowledge.
