RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Returns and Exchanges are only accepted within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.
All tags must be attached and hygienic liner must not be removed. NO EXCEPTIONS. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered cannot be taken back. If we receive such goods, the items will be returned to you. Any customer doing excessive returns will be taken off our customer list and no further orders will be accepted.
If you need to make an exchange or return, please email details of your requirements to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible with return instructions. If you are exchanging an item please indicate in your email what you need instead so that we can confirm we have it in stock and will reserve it for you.
Returns and exchanges should be sent via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. We are not responsible until the package arrives to us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. One exchange per order will be shipped back to you for free via USPS standard class. Any additional exchanges will be charged shipping.
Refunds exclude any shipping charges. Refunds for returned items will be issued to your original form of payment within 3 business days of receipt. You will receive an automated confirmation email when this has been completed.
